In May of 2007, the SmartWare Corporation was acquired by the Economic Alliance of Associations or TEAOA.
The Economic Alliance of Association or TEAOA is a conglomerate of financial and technology corporations. The SmartWare Corporation is part of this conglomerate, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of TEAOA. The mission of TEAOA: To provide the economic endowment of everything that matters.
